As the first communications manager in Sykli I was creating practises of the new team for sales, marketing and communications with our customer relationships director and other colleagues. I was responsible for the internal and external communications; e.g. marketing communications, sustainability communications, project communications, media communications and development projects. I designed and launched a website renewal, coordinated our Sharepoint renewal project, recorded internal processes of the marketing communications and coached and trained personnel on various themes of communications. I was active in content production for newsletters, social media, blogs and news. I also coached our experts in their writing and edited their texts. In addition, I trained communications for experts and sustainability communications for students of Sykli in vocational labour market training programs and specialist vocational qualification programs, e.g. for low carbon experts and circular economy experts. I also contintued to work with sustainable professional skills online courses (see previous project), their development, sales and customer service.

I was in charge of the project called Know-how about circular economy and sustainable development in professions, through digital learning. My team and I built online courses about sustainable professional skills onto a new Wordpress platform. The courses were designed for people working in restaurants and foodservice, tourism, property management and in the field of trade. I also implemented a national video competition where students in Finnish vocational schools could bring forth their views about what sustainable development means in their professional fields. In both projects I coordinated work tasks and collaboration between the project partners and networked between relevant actors. I was responsible for the administrative work and competetive tendering of the ESR and OPH financed projects. Furthermore, I worked with concepts, service design, productization, marketing and media communications. With online courses I was responsible for testing the quality of the learning content and technical solutions. Even after the project was finished I continued to work with the development, sales, customer service and cooperation network of the online courses.

I led the communications team and was in charge of media communications, publications and social media. I also participated in the Sharepoint upgrade team and prepared the tendering process for the website renewal project.
